From public building permit records. Each city publishes them on its own open data portal, and every source is listed at the bottom of this page. We merge repeat filings of the same job, keep the business details and leave out individual people's names.
How fresh is it?
Weekly. Each list covers the permits issued in the 7 days before it was pulled. The rows on this page come from the list pulled Oct 21, 2026.
